The Customizing
We attacked the original bike with tools and other divices. Changed and chopped parts. Fenders, swingarm and wheels were the first parts for sale for our next fleemarket. Unneeded parts that were replaced by our own product line, the Zero Cool.
The matching design our Zero Cool line was sufficiently powered by the original Twin Cam engine. Torque and some horsepower were tuned in via Mikuni HSR carburator combined with a screaming eagle ignition. The exhaust was not solely exchanged by our Zero Cool version for it looks – an appearance that this Deuce calls her own can always be somewhat louder.
