Art of Steel

For us not only a name but a passion. Seeing this older Sportster from 1993 you can see that we can even build your dream out of a used bike.

The owner had his bike on the road for years and its looks were bad when it arrived at Lottermann’s. The technical side was OK but time had left its signs on paint and chrome. In 2000 we already had modified the rear fender and the tank. The customizing fever made Carsten, the owner, bring us the bike again. Now he wanted the whole thing- all of our know how and skills to modify this wreck into a piece of art.

After the sufisticated paintjob we also integrated the instruments into the tank for a clear line. We added the sportstype flat tires, a very low seating position, a drag bar and a 5° raked triple tree to enhance the performance and handlling of this little beauty. The engine was meanwhile upgraded to 1200ccm for the right push forward. The exhaust, upswept inline with the frame, was not only mounted for the looks but for performance reasons too. All parts including engine, transmission and whatever you see has been highly polished. As we mentioned already: art in steel.
