Primary Offset Kits

… "New engines, new luck and new compensator sprocket assembly"… seems that's what HD must have thought. So as well as fitting the higher capacity 103" engine they also fitted a new compensator sprocket assembly to all models from 2012 on. Including the Breakout. Which also means that an updated version of our popular & proven offset kit was required.
But we soon overcame this hurdle.
A specially cut & hardened gear wheel is included in our advanced kit for fitting to the new compensator sprocket assembly. And… the bonus is that the gearbox doesn't have to be opened up to fit this kit.
13mm Offset Kit:
This offset kit enables you to offset the complete primary drive by 13mm. All without having to open up the gearbox!
18mm Offset Kit:
With our 18mm Primary Offset Kit we go even further. By the use of a 20mm slim belt. Again without having to open up the gearbox. This kit even allows you to ride with a 300 on 10" tire/wheel, with minimal track offset.
