Zero Cool Pulleys

Made from high grade aluminium in matching designs. But… aluminium pulleys, from whichever manufacturer, are not as resistant to wear as the Harley® original, because aluminium is softer than the hard chromed surface of the original.
In order that wear is reduced best grade aluminium is used & the toothed area is hard coated. (Hard coating is an extremely hard surface finish for aluminium components).
This ensures you'll be able to enjoy this polished part for a long time. (Powder coating is available on request).
