Evolution® 4 & 5 Speed Models 1984 to 1999

One of the most important factors is that both wheels run in alignment on the same track. To minimize any mis-alignment we offer two types of Offset Kit for the Evo Softail® family.
4 Speed up to 1985:
This version provides 10mm gearbox offset. The Gearbox Kit is supplied with a primary spacer, gearbox mounting plate & a spacer for the chain drive sprocket.
5 Speed 1985 - 1999:
You can choose from 5mm or 25mm offset with our 5 speed version. Depending on tire width.
The 5mm Kit is designed for 200 tires in the HD® swing arm.
The 25mm Kit provides enough room for tires up to 260.
The 75-mm kit provides enough space for the 300.
The Gearbox Kit comes with primary spacer, gearbox mounting plate & a spacer for the belt or chain drive sprocket.
