Twin Cam® 6 Speed Models 2007 to 2011

One of the best improvements to the 2007 models is the 6 speed gearbox.
But... After examining the 6 speed transmission we were shocked to find that the mainshaft incorporated 4 gearwheels, in one piece. A new longer gearshaft would have been too expensive to produce so a new kit was developed. Here’s the result:
13mm 6 Speed:
With our 13mm Primary Offset Kit you can run a 240 on 9" centrally in your Softail® Custom, Night Train®, or Fat Boy®. All without having to strip the gearbox. Or even a 260 tire with just 5mm offset, which is even less then the standard 200 runs. So no worries.
22mm 6 Speed:
Using our 22mm Primary Offset Kit we go even further, by using a slim 20mm drive belt. Enabling the Heritage, as well as the  Softail® Deluxe & Classic to run 240 on 9" tire. Again on track & without touching the gearbox. And again here: A 260 tire with just 5mm offset is possible.
55mm / 63mm 6-Speed:
As you can see from the photo this is the one of the most comprehensive of our 6 Speed kits. But if you want to implant a 300 tire into your bike you need to make room for it. So the belt runs outside! the frame. Meaning no modification is required to the frame.
This kit provides 55 mm and from 2008 63mm offset. This is made possible by the a newly designed and patented Offset Clutch Hub. The clutch is relocated on the main shaft so it can be retained. The offset gearbox pulley runs on bearings mounted to a support plate allowing for the highest power engines to be used.
