Up to 2003: Our wide tire swing arms up to 2003 are longer. therefore they require longer drive belts. Our belts come from the original supplier for just that purpose. they have 136 teeth. For rare cases, like the Swiss ratios, there’s also one with 133 teeth available.

2004 on: The good news is that you don’t need to change the belt as it’s already longer as standard.

For Pulleys with Integrated Support Bearings:
Up to 2003: A 135 tooth belt (HD 40307-00) must be fitted.
2004 on: The standard drive belt can be fitted to the 883. The 1200 will require the 135 tooth belt (HD 40307-00).
