Offset Pulleys

We make them in Germany from C45 steel. So they’re much stronger than the standard versions.

1991-1994: We also only have a 29 tooth pulley for these models. The inner splines fit all 5 speed models from 1995 on. It can be used on models from 91-94, but the bush behind the pulley has to be cut down by 6mm. Or: Replace the spacer by using HD 33344-94 & Circlip HD 12067B. This spacer is wider & can cope with the power better as well.

1995-2003: We only have a 29 tooth pulley for these models.

2004 on: Harley® changed the ratios from 2004 on, so this meant we had to develop new offset belt pulleys. For The 883 models increased to 28 teeth, (from experience we also offer a 29 tooth pulley). The 1200 increased to 30 teeth.
