Tanks for 04-06 Models with Carburetor

In 2004 Harley® released a completely re-worked Sporty to the market. This included the gas tank. Our stretched tanks are designed so that the breather system when connected functions correctly.
The ignition coil and switch will require a new mounting. We have put together a small powder coated relocation kit for this. The ignition switch is re-located on the left between the cylinders. All without having to modify the wiring harness.
Tank holds:
Tank holds approximately 4 gallon (15,1L.)
Tank Cap: We have three versions available.
HD-Style: This means the tank comes with a screw type filler allowing you to retain your original tank cap.
Aero-Style: This version comes with a new, lockable tank cap.
Pop-Up: The supplied tank cap sits totally flush with the gas tank. To open, press down lightly, then twist a 1/4 turn, and hey presto, the cap pops out of its hole.
