Modified Original Disc Wheels

Part of our social politically downpriced programme, an alternative to Zero Wheels: Re-welding of the original. The wheel is placed on a special lathe & the HD® wheel rim is machined off. Then, a new wider rim is welded in place. The "new" wide wheel is almost ready. Almost!
Surface Finishes:
The welds still need smoothing over. They’re ground down & on request highly polished. Powder coating is of course also available.
TüV: Two Options:

    - Operational Strength Certificate: Modified wheels are supplied with a operational strength certificate.
    
    - TüV Approval as per § 19.3: All wheels marked with a red asterix ( * ) can be supplied with TüV Approval as per § 19.3 for just € 99,-- surcharge. Simply order at the same time.

Night Rod® Special: Once the modified wheel is powder coated the red stripe is lost. We can offer a 3M® decal as a replacement. It's pretty tough, but not suitable for cleaning with a pressure washer. But then you shouldn't be using one of them on your pride & joy any how...

Front Wheel: This can also be polished or powder coated as required.
