Zero One Forged Wheels

As the name suggests this wheel is hewn from a single piece. To be exact the blank is made for us & the Zero One® Design is machined by us.
It doesn’t get any cleaner than that. When you’re cleaning it you’ll soon appreciate the lack of bolt heads.
The Zero One® Wheel also has a cushioned drive integrated in the hub (the original rubber component is retained) to ensure the high engine power output is smoothly transmitted.
The brake side hub flange is machined to accept Lottermann Bike design brake discs. See: Brake Discs
Surface Finishes:
Zero One® Wheels come highly polished.
Special finishes, i.e. powder coating, are available.
TüV:
Zero One® Wheels are TüV Approved as per § 19.3.
