Zero Cool Version 300 on 10.5"

300 on 10.5” rear and 130 auf 3.5” front plus 3 Zero Cool Brake Discs.

“300 is the magic number … and in perfect alignment with the front wheel.“ This time with Zero Cool wheels. That was the second major objective.
OK, let’s get on with it:

First of all we need a new set of Zero Cool® wheels. No sooner said then done: 10.5”x18" rear & 3.5”x18" front.

A wide tire swing arm is needed to provide sufficient room for the mega fat rubber. In this case we widen your original! Naturally with TüV Approval.  For more Info see Swing Arm.

Another problem is that the belt has to run over 40mm further out. To ensure that the driveshaft doesn’t end up in the happy hunting grounds, an Offset Pulley with a support bearing is used. For more Info about this see Support Bearing Plate.

Of course this ensemble has to be stylishly covered. This issue is solved with our Stiletto Fender 3-XL. For more Info see Fender. A suitable seat carcass is included in the kit.

Stainless steel brake discs in the same design as the Zero Cool® wheels with mounts are supplied.
